I loved making this card. I got to use up a bunch of scraps as well. I used Melissa Phillips card as inspiration: http://lilybeanpaperie.typepad.com/lilybeans_paperie/2014/04/play-along.html
I diecut a piece of white cardstock into a scalloped rectangle and then die cut a heart from the top center to create the negative space for the scraps. I cut each of the scraps into a triangle and then arranged and adhered them to a small piece of cardstock which I glued that under the negative heart. The ribbon was an after thought. I cut a tiny strip of ribbon and glued it along the top of the heart and then added a tiny bow. I added the completed rectangle with foam tape to shiny blue paper. The swirly embellishment at the bottom is also a left over scrap. I added two red hearts to the white portion of the card and a tiny white heart and white enamel dots to the bottom. I rounded the corners and then adhered it to a white card base also with rounded corners.
