The bottom background for this card is a scrap of alcohol inked Yupo paper. I added white embossed cardstock to the top. The butterflies are stamps with coordinating dies by Hero Arts.
The larger butterfly is a two step stamp. After die cutting it first, I stamped it with the first layer and heat embossed in white. I then stamped it with purple. The body is die cut in blue sparkly paper.
The leaves are from a stamp/die set by MFT that I stamped in a blue that matches the blue in the background.
I added the embossed and alcohol ink backgrounds to black cardstock and then adhered it to a white card base. The butterflies are attached to the card only in the center so the wings can be flared up slightly and the leaves had room to be attached. I added a few jewels for more sparkle. The sentiment is white embossed on black and hand cut into a little banner.
