This is one tradition that we have recently learned of...The Japanese enjoy what they call Christmas Cake.It is a light, fluffy cake covered in chocolate and decorated with cute candy Santa's and reindeer, etc.
I am hoping to learn how to make these cakes so that we can continue this tradition even after we move back to the states!
