Using Penny Black's set Blooming Garden I stamped the tulips three times across my watercolor paper. I used Spectrumnoir AquaBlend pencils to color my image. I used the technique where you touch the Kuretake waterbrush to the tip of the pencil and then put the color on the paper. To frame my flowers I used Altenew Reflection paper pack and Penny Black's Curved Stitch die, this gives you both the upper and lower part of the frame with the decorative edge. I stamped the sentiment from Penny Black's Banner Sentiments using Memento Black Ink. I found in my stash a CTMH stamp set with the perfect leaves so stamped colored and cut them out and place them in the foreground of my card.
