My goldendoodle loves to swim. Hours and hours, laps around the pool. Put her in the tub, however, and this is what she becomes. She isn't mad or scared....just sort of miserable the whole time. LOL Hubby took this pic before a bath and it just makes me laugh. Poor girl!

I got this idea from taking the Top 10 Cameo Die Cutting Techniques with Ashley Horton class (Lesson 10 - How to Create Your Own Stencils). Rather than putting the ring around the circles, I made the circles out of silver paper and inset them inside the circles. I also originally made the circles on white paper, but as I started putting everything together I realized how cool this would look on the patterned paper. So I had to first make the circles with texture paste, then sloppily painted over them with gesso. Finally I did the crayons. I adore the affect!
