I loved a layout I had seem from My Creative Scrapbook that cut out a heart on the page then embellished the whole thing. I used the same type of technique to cut the layered shaped piece with my Silhouette using two PP. I distressed the edge then added some stencil work and the picture.
Next I embellished with die cuts and flowers and a little sparkle. Last I flicked white ink (after covering the picture) over the right side of the layout.
