The rest of Week 21

It looks like all of the journaling is readable except the one next to the "Green Beans" photo.
An it's important since I constantly get comments like "you're so lucky to eat so much and not gain weight"...
Good News -
Unless you have legit medical issues, you can too!
It's called moderation...

Journaling:
"For those who think all I eat is "junk food"...
You're wrong!
I'll let you in on a little secret...
I eat, and actually really enjoy, "healthy food" also.
I couldn't stay thin, and have zero health problems if all I ate was cookies and ice cream all day/every day!
.
But let's be honest, who wants to see photos of vegetables and fruits?
Let's face it, "junk food" is more fun to photograph and more aesthetic.
.
And lastly, "junk food" is not bad for you.
It contains things your body needs to function: carbs, fat, and some of it even contains protein
(your body needs ALL 3 to function properly)
Everything in moderation!
