This is a LO for the New Year's Resolution book.

Journaling reads:
Another year &amp; here I am makin the same resolutions again. How did I get here? Why do I have to make the same promises? I just haven't been as committed as I am now,
I have made mistakes &amp; am willing to learn from them in order to be successful now.
I am so tired of being ashamed of my body &amp; attitude. I need to change not only for myself, but for my family that loves me &amp; supports me.
I am motivated to change my habits in order to achieve my goals in this year &amp; be a better me.
