The turtle was part of a 12x12 paper made for colouring. I cut him out, masked with masking fluid, coloured the background in two shades of blue, and coloured the turtle in shades of gray with terracotta and olive green accents. I die cut a circle in the face of the card,framed it in silver and embellished with small,glitter jewels for some of the bubbles
