Cruisin' Across the Atlantic. This was a fun title page to do. The ship and square border is one transparency. The, bottom waves are the second transparency I used. It needed more waves so I edited the first transparency and used it as a smaller section for a third transparency. Never experimented with before! My husband suggested the name of the ship on the bow of the ship. For the letters, I had 12 x 12 paper to match the waves transparency so I scanned and stitched it and opened it in Photoshop Element 2018 and when to Fun Edits where I made my title. Then moved it to My Memories and along with the transparencies and photos and put it together.

It was really time consuming because I had to figure out how to do all the layers and move some forward as I went, but once I did it, I will now use it for the title pages on all the title introductions pages for each port n this book and the next book, since we took two cruises on this vacation.

This was a great cruise - we really enjoyed it and I'm enjoying re-experiencing it as I make the pages!

Each of my books has a Title and a number, and this one is Book 60 - Cruisin' Across the Atlantic.

My books have an opening page with a short paragraph or two about what is in the book and 12 thumbnails from the book around the page. Its a Shutterfly template and each of my books starts that way.

Then when you turn the page, the title page is on the left and then on the right, page one of the album starts.

This title page is also printed on the back of all of each book so I can see what it inside each book without having to go through each book. Also, each port is listed on the spine of the book.

I love digital and paper, but digital is winning out for me more and more all the time. If you want to try your hand at digital, pm me and I'll be happy to help you with the basics. The program I use is super simple and I've scanned all the papers in my stash (about 2,000-3,000 different - hard to count becuase I had several of most papers) and I use them on my digital pager. For example, this background paper was purchased as paper and scanned to use on digital pages.

I may have gone mostly digital, but I still purchase papers like crazy from scrapbook.com and scan them!

The offer to help[ anyone learn digital is sincere, provided you have a basic knowledge of how to use a computer - nothing complicated, just a basic knowledge and are comfortable with a computer.

Digital is not nearly as complicated as it sounds. I taught one friend completely via email and she is making gorgeous pages!
