Entered into Junes Use Your Stamps Challenge. Its stamped inside. I found the horse image on the internet and hand cut it out. Im sending this to some friends that love their horses. I hand punched the stars in the corners, cut out 'USA' with my Cricut Mahine and the 'Holidays Through the Year' cartridge. I added some red enamel dots and I made the envelope.
