Turtle is fussy-cut as a recycled element from a commercial card I received, and wobble added. I free-cut the seaweed and die cut the fish.

July Inspirational Card Challenge: Photo Inspiration. I have to laugh though, I printed the small picture to use as a guide, and I thought it was a photo of a watery scene. It reminded me of the seaweed so that was the inspiration.
