Great page and great accomplishment for him - Sounds like he is in great shape - I'll be 60 this December and I'm in decent shape, but don't ask me to run!! LOL!

White Rock Marathon

My DH ran his first...and last....marathon in 2008 at 60! He has run many half-marathons since then but 26.2 miles is a long run! He is also a biker (not motor) and plays tennis! Very proud of him.
