It's funny how we run out of room for our pages as we scrap more, isn't it? (And I giggled when I read how there are fewer photos for child 3 and 4! So true!) Your pages here are fun and fabulous - I really like your red-white-blue theme!
Your dgk will absolutely treasure these wonderful albums you are creating for them. I love the papers you chose for this grouping of pages. The red, white and blue matting around the photos is terrific! You've done an excellent job on these Barbara!
Love this patriotic layout. It is nice that you can get all grandchildren together for a photo! I have 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and it is hard to get all together for photos. I have tons of photo's of my oldest grandchildren and then the camera phones came to be, and it is harder for me to get photo's.
When I first started scrapbooking I had one album and put all the pages I did of my grandchildren into it. Soon I had to split the album into two and now am splitting them again into five albums – one for each granddaughter. (Connor’s pages will go with Mackenzie’s since I have the fewest pages for them.—Not my fault – as mom and dad got to child 3 and 4, there were fewer and fewer pictures.) Most of my pages focus on one grandchild, but occasionally there are times when all are in a group of photos. With that being said, I’m taking a page from ‘Chansgram’ who does such a beautiful job doing three similar pages for each granddaughter. It has become tradition since moving closer to our children for them to come to our house for July 4 celebration and the grandkids have taken pictures. Our youngest granddaughter had to work that day, so for this my first set of similar pages I only had to make four.
