Oh wow, it is too bad you didn't actually ever meet him but how cool is it that there is a place when you can at least feel close to him? Love the design and the fact that it allowed you to include all of that fabulous handwritten journaling!

What a shame that you found out about him after he died. Would have been so nice if you had known him and been able to spend time with him. You did a great memorial page for him. Sounds like he was quite a man!

I didn't find out about this cousin of mine until after his death in 1994. I really wish someone would have told me about him when he was still living, from what I've read and found out about him, we would have been really close and had a lot in common. We visited his memorial park and museum in 2014 while we were in Georgia for my maternal grandmother's funeral.
