"Vintage" Birthday Card

I had been waiting nearly two weeks for this Darice diamond plate embossing folder and it finally came in yesterday so I could make this birthday card for my middle brother. I hope he gets it in time since his birthday is Sunday.

I remembered having this charming charm ;-) in my stash and decided to use it on his card since he's turning 65! It got swallowed up in the middle until I die cut these two papers and layered them. Card base and diecut papers are DCWV's Tattered Time. The embossed paper is DCWV's Metallic 6x6 collection. The picture doesn't do it justice. The beautiful hinges are Reneabouquets Printed Beautiful Board.

The inside says "You light the candles, I'll get the fire extinguisher"!!!! LOL I know he will love that!
