I made this canvas for a swap that Dawna hosted this month here on sb.com. Jess and I share the same favorite colors so this is what I came up with. The little girl on the swing (from Reneabouquets) was actually an afterthought of adding it to the canvas, but I'm glad I did. I love it and it seems to go with the title chippie!

So first, I inked up the canvas with several colors of Tsukineko's Dew Drops ink pads, Turquoise Gem, Purple Hydrangea, Pearlescent Sky Blue, Spring Pansy, Orchid, and Purple, and Sea Breeze. I then made up some homemade texture paste and used a couple of stencils. After they all dried, I added some pretty mesh from Laura (Lauralsattic), and laid a strip of lace over it (from Donna). The Beautiful Board doily is also from Reneabouquets as well as the pointed lace I made the flower out of. I painted the doily with Pink Rouge Pearl acrylic paint from Folk Art and added Stampendous Kaleidoscope embossing powder and heat embossed it.

The white lace under the pink rosette trim was also from Donna as well as the Always tag (from an embellishments box swap) and the beautiful RB butterflies!

I added the tiny roses, green trim and pink prills (from Carri) to the ropes on the swing.

The leaf vines are from Creative Embellishments. I embossed those with Ranger Fern Green embossing powder and outlined them with AC Metallic Marker in Rose.

The Dream wood piece and lower flourish was from Unique Laser Designs from when I was a Guest Designer. I embossed Dream with Wow! Vintage Peacock from Carri.

Corner pieces from Hobby Lobby I embossed with Shabby Blue. Beautiful Beads are from Reneabouquets, as well as the Clear and Teal Chunky Glitter Glass, the teal given to me by Carri.

Thank you so much for your generous gifts ladies! And thank you everyone for your support on my projects.
