This is very cool! We lived in Lexington for 20 years (1991-2011). We have several friends who work for FedEx and I looked really hard to see if any of them were in your pics, there are none. :( Great double!

LN - LEX Grand Opening

We had the FedEx Freight Lexington,KY Grand Opening on Veterans Day so they had a ceremony to honor the military veterans that work there. It was awesome

This is for September Journaling Challenge. I used Strip Journaling to add an Article I saw posted "We Stand for the Flag"

We stand for the flag today, not to please
ourselves but to honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our
freedom. We stand for the flag not to focus on what divides us but
on what unites us, which is being American. We stand for the flag
not to pledge allegiance to a president, but to honor the reality that we have an elected president and not a lifetime king. We stand not only because of past or present pain caused by injustice, but to salute the principle of justice. We stand for the flag not for our generation but to set an example for the next generation.
