The frame was a bit complicated. I originally tried to use the Bubble Ring cut file from Paper Issues. It is a free download. However, I couldn't get it to cut well so I traced the outline and used it as a guide to draw circles. Then I welded them together. Hope that helps.

The title is cut from a Silhouette Cameo. The file can be purchased in the Silhouette store online or within the software. Search for the title and it should come up.
