I rubber stamped the background of my cardstock with a mesh stamp. I sanded just about everything I could on this page ! I made the tire from wire, clay, and embossed cardstock. I made the tire tracks from a stamp. The metal tag on the wheel photo reads 'fast' I got it in a swap. The photos were enhanced on Shutterfly with a 'rough edge'.
