This fun Halloween card features a striped background created with inks, plus I added a few strips of Paper House Productions Halloween washi tape. Stamps are from So Suzy Stamps and I have more details on my blog, along with a 1 minute process video featuring the inked background as part of my Crafty Friday Night video series on YouTube.
