This is a card I made for Kenneth's elderly cousin, Thelma, whom I've known and loved all my life. When I was in my teens I used to spend the night at her house and was close to her daughter and son. Her son, tragically, recently passed away. A shock to all of us. He was only 2 years older than me. I guess he just died in his sleep, which was a blessing in itself. He had suffered so greatly with back pain for several years. He was ready to go home. Anyway, I'm hoping this card will put a much-needed smile on her face.

I used Stamperia's Dream papers. The diecut doily and border are both from Aliexpress. The pretty leaves dies are TH and were a birthday gift from my son, Sam.

I ran the pink paper through a Cuttlebug embossing folder "Diamond Flourish" and then sanded it a bit. Flower is Prima from HL. Tag is Spellbinders Victorian Tags.
