Give a Cheer
The Boosters for the HS football team started a new tradition this year for incoming rookies. They had a signing day where the rookies and their families could get some up close and personal time with the coaches and staff, get answers to their questions and so forth but, what their main goal was for the event was to get the new players acclimated with the team philosophy and get an understanding of the importance of what they were getting into and the commitment it would take to reach the goals ahead of them.
I thought it was a long overdue event.
