Saw this technique online and immediately knew that I had to learn how to do it. It's like putting a puzzle together, fitting the letters into the right space! I had a little trouble with the die at first but it turned out that I just had a dud and it was quickly replaced. That made all the difference. The coolest part is that you end up with many different card bases to work with since you need to cut one white, one copper, one gold and one silver to get all the words in the different colors. You can put all the pieces back together in any configuration you like. It's pretty time consuming but oh, is it fun! :)
This one is intentionally masculine but it could be made more feminine or just neutral, depending on the treatment. The white background would make a perfect A2 size card but I wanted a larger version so added the herringbone paper on a black 5 x 7 cardstock background.
