Picture of my DH when he graduated from boot camp with honors in 2003. The journaling is hidden behind the picture but it has the Air Force Song, a mini copy of his graduation certificate, and the dates and names of people he went to training with.
Paper and embellishments are by K&Co, save the name bar, which is an actual pin on his uniform.
