I had so much fun making this pocket letter for my swap partner, Heather, for this month's swap, hosted by Rebecca. I can honestly say I used several things I'd been hoarding for a long time!!

I used Cosmo Cricket Fleuriste Primrose and Flora Bella papers. I used Darice Fall Leaves Swirl and Wire Fence embossing folders and then sanded them down to bring out the detail.

First, special thanks to Jessica for: The sequined trim under the horse chesnut leaves in pocket 1 that I stamp embossed on vellum paper and fussy cut, the sequins in pockets 4, 8 and 9 and the plaid ribbon on the border. Raffia was given to me by my best friend, Susie.

In pockets 3, 5 and 7 I finally used my eggshell mosaics I made at least five years ago, maybe more. In pockets 4 and 8 I used actual corn silks from our garden and the tiny corn cob is also from our garden...one that didn't get pollinated! I added an old Jolee's sticker of husks to it!

Pocket 2 is an old Jolee's Boutique wreath. Microbeads from Reneabouquets.

Pocket 4 - scarecrow is from Hobby Lobby.

Pocket 5 - Flowers from HL, Reneabouquets dark red microbeads, metal embellies from my stash. I inked up the acorn a bit with Ranger alcohol inks in Ginger and Latte. The cheesecloth is colored with Orange Marmalade Distress Oxide from CJ! Thank you!!

Pocket 6 - fence and chicken wire from HL, gold microbeads from Reneabouquets, rooster is G45's French Country collection.

Pocket 7 - sunflower sticker from the dollar store.

Pocket 9 - Stamp embossed leaves on vellum. Flowers are K & Company as well as the bee.

I added close-ups to see detail better.

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
