Timex Shame on you!!!! You do have a recipe for a non-dairy cake, and it looks beyond good. I've ordered another scratch & smell monitor but it hasn't come yet.

Mandarin Orange cake/Pineapple Frosting

We had a birthday celebration. CAKE RECIPE: 1 yellow cake mix, 1 cup oil, 1 (11 ounce) mandarin oranges and the juice, 4 eggs, rind from about 1/3 of a medium orange. Beat all together and pour into a greased and flour ed 9" x 13' pan. Bake 350o for 28 to 35 minutes. Test for done with tooth pick. Cool completely. FROSTING RECIPE: 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple and the juice, 1 regular size instant vanilla pudding, 1 (8 ounce) Whip Topping, thawed. Beat the pineapple , dry pudding and whip topping together. Spread over cake. Best made the day before so flavors blend. NOTE: Because this was a birthday I made in 2 layers to make it fancy.
