Entered into Octs Use Your Stamps Challenge. The ghost image was cut from an old card. I punched out his bow tie and I added google eyes and some Stickles glitter glue to his goodie bag. I used 3D foam under the ghost for dimension. I stamped the inside. I did not make this envelope. Its one from my stash. Thanks so much for all your comments, votes and kind messages :o)Ro
