I always seem to struggle with how to decorate cards using Julie Nutting's dolls. On this one, I decided to pretty much leave it plain so the focus could be on the doll. I didn't have ANY background paper to use for the card base that would match my chosen paper for her dress and tights so I took plain white cardstock and applied TH Iced Spruce distress ink pad directly to the paper. It actually seems to give it a dreary snowy day look in my estimation. I ran across this vellum paper I had dry and heat embossed and thought of snow flurries so I used it also! Added a little white lace from Donna, stamped my phrase and that's it.

Miss Valentina's dress and stockings are made from Blue Fern Studios Vintage Christmas collection. Are those stockings cute?! The lace on her dress is from my mom's old stash so it is very vintage! :-) On her boots I added a bit of torn cotton ball to look fluffy! Added pearls to her dress and hair and that's it!
