Here are 3 note pads that I scrapped covers on. I Stamped the girls with packpacks, colored them and made them into stickers with my Xyron machine. I used letter stickers to add names and I then stamped the cover of the pads and tied it together with a ribbon. The cover is attached to the top of the pad and folds over to the back.
