A Christmas tradition Amber, Jamie and I enjoy is going to the St. Charles riverfront in December. There are carolers singing caroles, chestnuts roasting on an open fire and charcters walking about from different Christmas stories. Also walking around are Santas from different eras and countries. All of these characters give out cards saying who they are and how they relate to Christmas. It becomes a game for both children and adults to collect all 25 cards. This year Amber & I collected 18 of the 25 before the parade started. Jamie unfortunately had a school function and could not go with us this year but we always have a great time.
