I made this card for the January 2019 Gina K monthly mix challenge. I used Ken Oliver Color Burst powders and sprinkled several colors on my watercolor paper, then activated the color by spritzing with my Distress Sprayer. I then laid a dot stencil over the watercolor paper and with a palette knife I applied Dreamweaver Translucent Embossing Paste with Gina K prismatic glitter mixed into it. Then once dry I added the twists of bakers chord. The sentiment which is the basis of the challenge this month comes from Gina's Wreath Builder stamp set. I heat embossed with black embossing powder on white card and added the black scallop edge with one of Gina's dies. I set the card on a base of black card stock and it's done. Loads of sparkle in person.
