This is called a flip card and I have been wanting to try it for a while. It is from clear cellophane bags. There are the main bags that form the pages and then you put cards in other envelopes or you can put stickers, etc. How many clear bags and what you want to put in them is up to you. One has a $5 bill and says for them to rent a dvd and buy some snacks.
