Used plenty of die cuts. I had one that was a little rough around the edges, so thin and delicate that I "broke" it. I decided to layer it with another die and you can't even tell.
At the last minute I embossed the bg mat behind the photo as it looks too large and flat...much better.
The lantern is cut from a mirrored gold paper, the lighting when I took the picture gave it a cool effect. The candle is colored with watercolor pens.
