Entered into Januarys Use Your Stamps Challenge. I stamped and powder embossed the sentiment. I embossed the top background section with my Cuttlebug machine. I used rick rack sticker to cover the seam of the two sections. I added flowers and two sparkly heart stickers. Yup, I made the envelope.
