This picture was taken around 2003 or '04 when we had attended a church meeting in Estacada, Oregon and were getting ready to head home. The boys and I had changed our clothes already for the trip! I cropped us out of the background for this layout. It's one of my favorite family pictures.
I used Stamperia's New England paper collection. The diecut frame was cut from Hot Off the Press Sarabooks Sapphire that was given to me by Marylou (Meggie's Nana). Thank you sweet friend.
Thanks also go to: Laura (LauralsAttic) for the light blue and white lace in my handmade flower, Mary (Abbygirl) for the blue and white flower to the right of the picture, Pam (FritillaryB) for the lovely mother of pearl and vintage blue shell pieces in the corners. This is being entered in this month's Reneabouquets Mood Board Challenge. Her products used were: Beautiful Board key, flourish on the rolled paper, piece under the spoon (all embossed with Shabby Blue), blue and white roses, butterflies, gold and white lace, metal spoon with silver microbeads, pearl and rhinestone bling on my handmade flower and Diamond Chunky Glitter Glass.
The three white buttons in the floral arrangement were from my mom's button tin. The white flowers I believe were from Hobby Lobby in the bridal section, as well as the locket pendant I used to alter the Love key. White applique in the floral spray from Aliexpress.
I think this is the first layout I've made using rolled paper in a cluster. I wrapped it together with crinkled seam binding then added my embellishments. I really like it!
For the Use Your Stamps Challenge I stamped the script to the upper left of the picture and to the right, as well as "love this" to the left of Sam.
Clock is from Pinterest. Bird is fussy cut from the New England paper collection.
Thank you so much for visiting my gallery. Your unending support means so much to me!! <3
