Entered into Januarys Card Inspiration Challenge for the BONUS-National Bath Safety Month. I printed the images from the internet. I cut out 'smile' with my Cricut machine and the Phrases Cartridge. The shiny white paper is from our friend 1st Betty. Thanks Betty! I embossed the bubbles with my Cuttlebug machine. Of course I had to make a matching envelope!
