I love all those beautiful coordinating sets of AC ribbons, but each package is bigger than a floss box and I can only fit 2 packages in a photo box.
It's easy to wrap 2 rolls at the same time onto plastic floss bobbins. Put your 2 ribbons so they can turn without moving (in a small tray, etc). Place the ends even and hold while you turn the bobbin, keeping ribbons pretty taught as you keep flipping the bobbin over. This prevents the dreaded "finger curls" when you just move the ribbon instead of the bobbin. You can secure ends with washi tape. No need to take your whole collection to crops and retreats. Just slip the ones you want onto a metal ring (some of the bobbin sets come with the ring), and drop in a plastic bag to keep them clean, add to your crop supplies. So if you look at pics of my container, I had over 8 packs of AC ribbons and each section hold 24 ribbons and now they're all together AND I've now got an extra cube in my shelving!!!
You can do several of these in just a few minutesfingers and continue to roll. Occasionally tug on end to tighten and keep your roll smaller. You can secure finished end with small piece of washi and place in your container. Wow, that one chunky spool of ribbon is now the size of the core and no paper dust to contend with!!!
