I totally love how you used the scraps and that you showed us how you did it as well - that is smart thinking! Love the texture on this and the awesome title. What a wonderful teacher and what a fun topic to scrap.
What a wonderful teacher to make "last day" so much fun!!!!
I love what you've done with your "scraps", using them to create layers and embellishments! Your title and your Impresslits are gorgeous!!!!!
Amazing job with your scraps! You took that to the next level for sure! You would never know by looking at the layout, which is so well put together, that it was made totally from scraps! Well done!
Pretty, Pretty, Pretty! As Cathe said so many things on this page to admire. I love the title, the gold embossed paper and all the die cuts. Wonderful use of your scraps!
What a wonderful Layout!! So many pretty areas to admire. I love the title and the circles and die cuts in the upper left corner.
............and to think, everything was a scrap!! Great Job!
One of the very few pages I have done made totally from scraps!! Even the background papers which is why I am a big an of cutting in the middle of a large sheet of paper if I see that the leftovers would make a great mat layer!! See second page and you can identify 5 different papers that show thru the bottom layer. Even the paint speckled circle was a leftover from the base layer. I used it to cover a photo when I splattered paint. The base layer is from my "all we need is snow" layout. Solid green was used to make several titles. The solid red and stripe was leftover from some project. The title papers, journal strips, and brown came from the scrap bins. The dies were all cut from scraps and are a great way to use them while having embellishments on hand when needed.
