This is quite the transformation . . . from baby (long-haired hippie baby) to handsome toddler. I sometimes miss his little locks, but we keep his hair short now. He was 14 months old. My older son didn't get a haircut until 18 or 19 months old and didn't have nearly the amount of hair this son did!
