This card was inspired by February Card Sketch Challenges sketch #1. I used the negative die cut technique for the hearts in the circles to let show decorative tapes (in red) show through. I also purposely applied rough doodling around the circles and the banner piece to (hopefully) create added interest. The scattered red hearts are stamped.
