Using Distress Oxide Inks, I created my background. First I taped off a square and then blended in the colors with a darker ink I intensified the edges and I did sprinkle water to create the droplet effect. Using JustRite stamp set With Sympathy I stamped the rose image over the background, I added a faux stitched boarder around the square. Then for the sentiment, I used Gina K Designs stamp With Sympathy. I mounted the panel on to a dark card stock and added a few gems to finish.
