Entered into the March Card Sketch Challenge for SKETCH #1 and the Use Your Stamps Challenge. The black rectangle is a die cut that was in a gift pkg from our friend 1stBetty. Thanks Betty! I hand punched the black strip going across the bottom. I hand punched the circle and stamped it with flowers and sentiment. I added a bow and made the envelope.
