Background is made with Nuvo mica powders Atlantis Burst & Blue Blitz sprinkled on dry watercolor paper, then misted with water and allowed to dry. Small dots at top made using stencil and spackling compound mixed with Nuvo Glimmer Moonstone for white dots and Too Blue acrylic paint by Apple Barrel for blue dots. Green circles painted using handmade stencils and Apple Barrel's Leaf Green paint. Black Bic marker used to help the circles stand out. A green velum-like paper used for matting the black stickers for wording. The card was attached to lime green A2 size base cardstock.
