From our trip to Chile, South America last year

Journaling reads:
Left side: Biodynamic agriculture is a type of organic farming which emphasizes the use of manure and composts and excludes the use of artificial chemicals in soil and plants.
Emiliana uses a biodynamic calendar which follows astronomical cycles of the sunand moon to produce the best quality grapes.

Right side: Emiliana provides land and seeds to workers and people in the community to grow their own vegetables for their families or for sale. Wool from the alpacas and honey from the bees are produced by workers on the vineyards and sold in the Wineshop. All profits are transferred back to the workers involved in the initiative.

Thanks for looking. Used up some more 10 year old Lily Bee papers, and random MAMBI and Recollections stickers.
