This is my second card design for Mother's Day this year. I LOVE MAKING SHAKER CARDS! The card base is a pearlized purple cardstock. The top layer is a white card base stamped with Stazon black ink and a flower from a Hampton Art layering stamp set. There is a vinget effect created with distress inks. The heart was die cut with nesting heart dies on a gray glitter paper. The shaker bits are a combination of a lot of different things from my stash, including some that I created. This would also be nice for a wedding, anniversary, or Valentine's Day card. I also created a matching envelope out of vellum.
