I created this for the "anything goes" Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge. I used the Lovely Blossoms turnabout stamp set &coordinating dies from Concord & 9th, as well as the scallop border die from Honey Bee Stamps. I used ranger distress inks and momento dew drops to stamp the background.
