I won some new papers at the CSI-Colors stories and inspiration challenge blog--and am excited to use them in this layout. The pinks worked beautifully for this layout!

Just earlier this month I lost my cat Price, who I have had for over 10 years. So I wanted to do a tribute page about what made him a special cat.

Some of the papers are from my stash (chevron paper) and some are new (Pink piece Crate Paper-that I just won) The metal brads are hoarded (the paw prints and the kitty clip.
I also did some stamping and added a little paint (blue and white) to highlight the stamping.
Not to be sqaured--no squares in the background...used a circle and paper strips.
For Hoarders--bg paper and brads are hoarded
--Stamping on your layout--I used a dylusions stamp set (How does your garden grow) can't find it on this site to link.)
--Sticker challenge-Used some of the new All heart cardstock stickers and puffy stickers.
I also hand cut the circle and then drew outlines around the circle and the paper edges.

--Pet challenge, of course--my kitty prince.

CSI 282--traditional challenge--used all 5 colors, cat accent, paint, and metal accents (brads). I journaled about prince and some of the quirky things he used to do--I think sometimes he thought he was a dog. he would follow me around, root through the trash in search of any tasty scraps left behind and loved having his belly rubbed.

I also used the sketch provided on the CSI website, here: http://csichallenge.blogspot.com/
