Give a Cheer
Journaling says For Maddie's belated birthday gift, we went downtown to Nulu. We went to the Macaron Bar and then over to the Please and Thank you coffee shop. As we were walking back to the car we passed a cute little store that catered to local artists of all kinds, call Red Tree. While we browsed the unique and eclectic items, we saw someone come from the rear entrance that lead to the alley way between the buildings. To our surprise we found the most amazing secret garden with an Umbrella Sky. Even more magical was that it started to rain as you both stood under the umbrellas.
The umbrellas were cut out via Cricut and then I used stickles to make it look like they had rain on them. I used Crayola watercolor paint to make the cloudy background and some watercolor paintbrush markers for the title.
