Dark green card with a layer of white scored top to bottom with 1/4" strips using a score board. The green layer, "his painting" project. Made the roller of paint with a roll of the green card stock. The wire part was made with cloth covered wire bent as shown. the handle I just cut from scrap. Digi printed the headline and underneath added a green layer. NOTE: NOT an original design. Saw this on Pinterest and made it with only couple changes.
